Adds a compact mode, that shows each commits in a single line.
compact mode doesn't support showing authors and will shrink information if it starts to exceed the width of the sidebar.
floating mode preserves the existing layout where all elements can be individually enabled/disabled and information will just be wrapped if it exceeds the width of the sidebar.
Also slightly adjusts the appearance of bookmarks to increase readbility.
