This is an interesting PR, seems like you re-branded the project and added a lot more features and tweaks. I'd like to see a much better PR description like: #102 So the original maintainer can make a decision about whether to merge or even hand off the project to you or TomFrankly since both you guys seem motivated in enhancing this program. |

We should start approving some of these pull requests so that everybody can be working on the latest version.... |
The bigger problem is there is no active maintainer here, someone who cares about this program existing and evolving needs to take up the mantle of being core maintainer. I will consider it, but right now am quite busy with work and personal life. |

Very true, I'm in the same boat. Would rather just pay for some app than to take on another project. |

Yeah, there's also https://withaqua.com/ which looks pretty slick, but requires a subscriptions and doesn't run the model locally. |

@DJCool1 ive used speechpulse a bunch. it works decent, but i really wish they would support parakeet, not just whisper. also the typing/pasting featue has some incompatibilities with silly tavern and of course no source so i cant fix it.... |
