• Incorporates fix from @RoadrunnerWMC for incorrect handling of the end of CC curves after quantization
• Added support for multi-dynamic code in assembly and binary import. This is code with one or more dynsetdyntable instructions, which is roughly the equivalent of int**, int***, etc. This is needed for advanced dynamic music.
• Added an ABI file for the rewritten sequence player in Return to Yoshi's Island.
