R package for GSEA analysis and plotting
This package is based on the Broad Institute's code for Gene Set Enrichment Analysis in R. This code provides options for better looking plots and a wider variety of available databases including 6 transcription factor databases and two ligand and receptor databases. The package also has a new function for creating your own databases.
