Refactored the monolithic ChatAgentService.ts into a modular structure under apps/electron/src/services/chat/.

Key changes:

  • Created ChangeManager for file modification tracking.
  • Created HistoryManager for chat history operations.
  • Split tools into categorized files (FileReadTools, FileWriteTools, etc.) in tools/.
  • ChatAgentService now orchestrates these components instead of containing all logic.
  • Updated ipc/chat.ts to point to the new service location.
