players and games csv improvement

Changes I've made

[+] players.csv

• separated squads.csv into better machine-processable parts.
  -organized by player name

[+/-] games.csv

• removed all the Windows encoding issues for things like (Carl Jørgensen to Carl Jørgensen), remember to encode things as UTF-8, if you want it to be understood by all Operating Systems. Its still not perfect for the ref names (check this chart for help: http://www.i18nqa.com/debug/utf8-debug.html)
  • separated games.csv into better machine-processable parts.
  • added the lat/long for every stadium where a match was held.
  • organized by game_id
