Adds ability to upload a custom notification sound for your tomatoes. We'll likely want to refactor some of this options code as it's getting relatively complex, but this will do just fine for now.
Note: sounds still play to completion even if another new sound starts playing. We'll likely follow up with some constraints on both one sound playing at a time, and also possibly muting any active sound if the user clicks the tomato.
