Project Philosophy: A Framework for Structural Intelligence

Traditional methods of evaluating a founding team, such as reviewing resumes and conducting interviews, are often static and fail to capture the team's dynamic potential. They tell us what a person has done, but not what they can achieve together.

This project, the Human Synergy Analysis System, was built to address this challenge. It is a framework designed to move beyond individual accolades and model the synergistic potential and future growth trajectory of a team as a complex, adaptive system.

My Approach: Structural Intelligence in Action

At its core, this system is an execution of Structural Intelligence: the ability to deconstruct a complex challenge (team synergy) into its fundamental components, model the relationships between them, and simulate the emergent behavior of the system as a whole.

We achieve this through an interdisciplinary approach:

  1. Semantic Analysis (NLP): We use AI to understand the meaning and context of each member's professional background, moving beyond simple keyword matching.
  2. System Dynamics: We use mathematical models to simulate the team's performance over time, treating it not as a static entity, but as a growing, evolving system.
  3. Game Theory: We apply cooperative game theory to provide a fair and objective measure of each individual's true contribution to the team's overall value.

The ultimate goal is to create a due diligence framework for human capital. By quantifying the potential of a team, we can better de-risk investment decisions and identify the foundational strengths and weaknesses of what is arguably the most critical component of any new venture: the founding team.
