Observer Frequency Structure Interpretation (OFSI)

OFSI is an interpretative framework for the quantum measurement problem within standard quantum mechanics. It addresses the quantum-to-classical transition, measurement / collapse language, and the role of environmental coupling (decoherence context) from an explicitly interpretative perspective.
