yes, but you need to supply your own adapters.

PacBio

For PacBio, start with this protocol but the specific barcodes and sequences used in your kit may vary.

ONT

For ONT refer to the chemistry technical document

When I run FastQC, I pass a file of adapters/barcodes/etc as adapters: -a ont_adapters.fa and the DNA control strand sequence as contaminants: -c ONT_DNA_CS.fa
