Process English lines in Chinese soramimi

Summary

• route ASCII English lyric lines through the Chinese soramimi generator instead of passing them through unchanged
• update Chinese soramimi prompts so English segments must also receive Chinese-character readings
• add a focused regression test covering line routing and prompt expectations
