Summary

add COLOR.getColorValue to retrieve escape sequences without eval
use the new function in getColorEscapeCode
update echoInColor to call COLOR.getColorValue

Testing

bash test/test-all.sh (fails: /usr/bin/env: ‘dry-wit’: No such file or directory)
