This pull request upgrades .NET versions across all projects and updates the Lib.Harmony package to a newer version.

Framework Updates:

  • Updated target framework from net472 to net48 in Multiplayer.csproj, Common.csproj, and MultiplayerLoader.csproj for compatibility with newer .NET features
  • Updated target framework from net6.0 to net8.0 in Server.csproj

Dependency Updates:

  • Upgraded Lib.Harmony package from version 2.3.3 to 2.3.6 across all projects
