[feature/prep-exam-in-terminal] add automatic exam checker

I just had wondered why there isn't exam checker. The files check_gold.rb & check_silver.rb written a bit complicated for me and I didn't get what they are doing.
So I decided to write myself.
What guys do you think?
I'm open for dialog about realization if you found that interesting.

I tried it and it's pretty cool, though I get stuck at the last question.
When I type my result the question 50 rewinds indefinitely

Yeah, you have to use command finish, stop or end to finish the test.
I did it in case you wanna double check your answers

Oh that's great.
Also I have forked and made a few changes. Among them I changed a regexp to accommodate a typo in silver. And added the questions where the taker has failed (at result stage) so that they can work questions independently.
Started adding a start_position and an end_position too, in case a user take the test in multiple batches. Though this feature is still WIP. Will finish this weekend after I sit gold test this friday :)
