Adding two inputs related to time durations/time periods

periodInput: period represented as list(hour, minute, second)

There should be shiny examples for both in inst/examples/durationinput and inst/examples/periodinput

Another thought - if there were live examples on shinyapps.io, it would make it much easier for others to give useful feedback.
