By default(both in development and production), the
tailwind.config.jswithcontentfrom module graph will be generated at a tmp directory.When debugging(e.g.:
DEBUG='rsbuild' rsbuild build), the configuration will be generated atdist/.rsbuild/[name]/tailwind.config.js.
