This repository holds information for reproducing data and figures for the paper Single cell-resolved transcriptional dynamics of human subcutaneous adipose tissue during lifestyle- and bariatric surgery-induced weight loss by Loft et al.
We provide objects necessary to produce all figures presented in the manuscript, except for QC which we provide as reports due to GDPR restrictions.
