Configuration in Chrome

This section describes how to configure the Chrome browser extension after installation.

⚠️ Please note that the browser extension will not work without the host application being installed.

Keyboard Shortcut

Open Keyboard Shortcuts for Extensions and Apps window in one of the following ways:

• copy chrome://extensions/configureCommands URI, paste it into the address bar, and press Enter; otherwise,
• open Settings - More Tools - Extensions and click on Keyboard Shortcuts button at the bottom of the "Extensions" page:

Locate the "Browser's external editor" section and click on the input box next to the "Open external editor" label. Type a shortcut, then click on "OK" button.

Editor Command

Open extensions tab: chrome://extensions/. Locate the Bee extension:

Open extension options by clicking on the "Options" button:

Enter a shell command to open the editor, then close the popup window.
