Implements #154

Hi

I had to read a few ODS files around 100 MB each, and those crashed the R session.

I added some changed to implement #154 that allowed me to read the files:

• Matches readxl parameters
• Adds progress bar for reading functions
• Rewritten C+ parts for large files
• Implements Emulate readxl::read_xlsx() #154
