Added a database table member - event where people can reserve their place and an admin can check them in/out.

Deze feature maakt het makkelijker om jezelf aan te melden omdat het nu via Mijn ROOD gaat. (en leden zullen vaker gebruik maken van mijn ROOD).
Ook moet dit het makkelijker maken om mensen in te kunnen checken op een ALV oid.
