SimpleWeather Hotfix 49.1.1

Most people do not need to update to this release and this release is not on the GNOME Extensions website. This hotfix only affects the two bugs specified below, namely the one that prevented installation via Makefile on certain machines. Since 99% of people don't install like this, most people don't need to care.

• Fixes a Makefile bug where system-wide installations would fail
• For sure now fixes an error message that appeared if your locale ended with ".utf8" with no dashes
