Previous one failed to compile with boost 1.59.0 on OSX.
Local use of std::shared_from_this() in std::bind() stored in local io_service prevented class from ever being deleted, thus leaking memory.

Add tests to modified file event I added the tests for dir_monitor_event::modified validation. The tests are executed as sync and async. [close #30]
