Writing Data to CSV
Option to use threads, or to just go through for loop. Still not sure which implementation would be faster.

Population can now set fitness values to individuals by running the experiment through the exchange. Both threads and non-thread implementation exists. Still deciphering which would be the best choice for efficiency.
