Hi all,

This is the release of the code used to calculate the global L index (GL') and local L index (LL'; Lee, 2001) by incorporating variable-specific connectivity matrices for each of the variables to study their spatial pattern. See the README file for more information about it.

With this release, there is provided:

  • the lee() and lee.mc() functions modified from Bivand et al, 2013 for considering variable-specific connectivity matrices.

  • the simulated data and script used.
