wip: add events cover draft

Event Details Cover Component Implementation

This PR implements the Event Details Cover component following the Figma design specs.

Changes

• Created EventDetailsCover component with:
  • Cover image (optional)
  • Event title
  • Date/time with formatting
  • Location details
• Added utility for date formatting
• Added Storybook documentation

Testing

• Added Storybook stories for:
  • Default view (with cover image)
  • Without cover image variant
• Component can be tested by running:

  npm run storybook

Notes

• The right side of the page is intentionally ignored as per requirements
• All styling matches Figma design
• Used existing icon components from the project
• Added TypeScript types for maintainability
