If you're just joining the lab, your first job is to read through this manual, completing all tasks in the Orientation section.

To make edits, the lab manual is written in R Markdown.

Reminders:

1. Open Rstudio, Open Project -> Lab_Manual.RProj
2. Edit documents (in Atom or in RStudio)
3. Run this command: bookdown::render_book('index.Rmd', 'bookdown::gitbook')
4. Commit and push.
