Attempt at a quick README file before I leave so the page isn't blank!
I also added in the maven repositories as well - neither this or the OSF Client Extension are being put in the dataconservancy repository at the moment and that seems to be causing some build problems that I don't have time to troublshoot so I will log them as issues.
