Updated to remove the cpt.reg functionality and then port through to changepoint instead. No further changes should need to be made as it will all be done in changepoint from here. Users should not notice any change. AC
Namespace amended to match changes. AC
Slight changes to increase changepoint package version dependency.

Updates the dependency and removes the src files as they are now built in to changepoint. Updates the changepoint version needed to run however will error until the changepoint 2.3.1 is committed to the master branch.
