This set of patches are a port of the vlerq-based vfs support from the original kitgen (https://github.com/patthoyts/kitgen). vlerq supports code signing of tclkits under Windows - the signature overwrites e.g. a metakit based vfs. Tested for Linux (amd64), Darwin(amd64), Windows (i386 + amd64).
