Bump pillow from 12.1.0 to 12.1.1
- Wrap download execution in try-except to ensure a package ID is generated even during unexpected errors. - Update API handlers to return the nzo_id for failed downloads, allowing *Arr clients to blacklist the release.

HE was broken, because it hardened its bot detection. You must use Flaresolverr for now to enjoy HE.
Additionally a critical CVE in Pillow has been fixed, so its recommended to update.
Includes some additional QoL fixes.
