several fixes for newer versions of the OSC file format

• For larger reaction networks, the list of nuclear species is spread out across multiple lines.
• In version 5 of the OSC file format (the "PLATO" setting in CESAM), only 8 columns are written out, ordered differently from earlier versions.

Unfortunately, I cannot — these changes do not appear to have made it over to the official CESAM documentation yet. I reverse-engineered these from the official companion python package (compare the read_osc_ascii vs. read_osc_ascii_plato functions in https://git.ias.u-psud.fr/joao.marques/cesam2k20_releases/-/blob/main/python3/pycesam/__init__.py), and from files produced during the hands-on sessions of the CESAM workshop last week.
