Welcome to the 1D Numerical Linked Cluster Expansion wiki
Numerical Linked Cluster Expansion is a technique used to simulate lattice models in condensed matter and find extensive quantities of Hamiltonians on them. Papers describing the technique can be found here, here, and here.
We have acquired some preliminary results for the transverse field Ising model in 2D on a square lattice which can be found here.
Energies useful for testing:
4x4 lattice, h/J=1 (Pfeifer March 19 2012) E = -34.0106, E/N = -2.1257
4x4 lattice, h/J=3 (A. Sandvik - QMC) E/N = -3.21550398 +-0.00005357
