I forgot we now have the contract linking right as well, I'll keep the list and add an entry for it

This PR aligns documentation to the most recent status of the IFA schema, that does no longer support replace transitions and now supports contract linking. It also fixes its description, which wrongly states that it is non-inflatable.
Finally, it brings minor improvements to the section describing checks carried on during validation phase, clarifying why they are enough to ensure completeness of the asset history.
