Add a Who We Are page

Fixes #77

WIP:

• Node selection, links for selected nodes
• Bounding box force
• Add hash-based navigation to support linking to auto-selected nodes, from places like randomAvatars widgets
• Style fixes
• Determine a more inclusive way to add people to the page, beyond requiring that people be added to our GitHub org (see: https://github.com/orgs/resbazaz/discussions/36)
• Once the process for adding people is more clear (and there will be more data!), verify that this still looks good before merging
