introduce print-launch-uuid parameter
Replaces the propagated context with context.Background() to avoid unintended cancellations. This ensures the quality gate status check is more resilient and independent from the parent context lifecycle.
Introduce parsing of stdin for launch UUID in quality gate commands to improve flexibility. Update CLI flags to include mutually exclusive options and improve usability. Enhance Taskfile build flags and enable shell completion for the CLI.
