- Add tile size agnostic 2D tile LUT generator and update LUT build script to emit 2D 4b+7b tables
- Bundle new 2d7b LUT assets and expose cached loaders for them
- Add 7-bit encode/decode kernels and a tile_nbits selector on 2D kernel accessors (default 7, keep 4 available)
