nvr-app is a manageable RTSP video client.

Application handles signals:
1. SIGUSR1 - start video recording
2. SIGUSR2 - stop video recording, store stream to file MPEG4
3. SIGINT, SIGTERM - graceful stop

Video recorded with 5 seconds seek.

Video file name template is <file_%Y_%m_%d_%H_%M_%S.mp4>.

Requiremets:
1. gstreamer-1.0 library with headers
2. gstreamer plugins: core, good
