Note that this version should not be merged without corresponding pyplugin changes since the vpn host program now expects an additional field for source address (which will default to the guest address, matching previous behavior). |

This is the vpnguin side of adding support for spoofing source addresses in support of rehosting/penguin#498
We do this by binding to that address in the guest code and then connecting/sending from that bound socket.
