Add the artist name associated with a conversation room to the email
footer when sending emails. The footer now shows "From {artistName}'s
workspace" above the reply instructions when the room has an associated
artist.
- Add selectRoomWithArtist query function to fetch room with artist name
- Update getEmailFooter to accept optional artistName parameter
- Update registerSendEmailTool to fetch artist name before generating footer
- Update generateEmailResponse to fetch artist name before generating footer
- Add tests for artist name display in footer
