Removed deprecated libraries. Updated gradle sdk versions. Updated M-Pesa post endpoint. Added thirdPartyReference to API payment request and payment response. Added possibility to set a http logging interceptor to the API, so that request and responses can be logged. Set timeout to 0 instead of Integer.MAX_VALUE to represent infinity. Refactored code. Removed unused code.

Hi, I was having this an error because of Glide. In my project I was using 4.9.0 while in this sdk 4.8.0 is being used so, this sdk was causing my app to crash. To solve this, a simple update of the glide version in the sdk was needed.
