Description

This PR adds a new play called Enhanced Random Quote Generator.

The play allows users to generate random quotes from multiple categories — Motivational, Life, and Programming — with the ability to use Text-to-Speech for accessibility.
Users can switch categories dynamically and enjoy an enhanced UI with smooth animations and modern design.

Motivation:
This play aims to make inspiration interactive and demonstrate how beginners can use React hooks (useState, useEffect) and browser APIs (SpeechSynthesis) effectively.

Fixes:
Implements the issue raised for creating the Random Quote Generator play.

Type of change

• New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)

How Has This Been Tested?

1. Tested locally using npm run dev.
2. Verified category-based quote generation.
3. Checked Text-to-Speech functionality across all categories.
4. Ensured no warnings or console errors appear.
5. Tested on Chrome and Edge browsers.
