Added support for .NET 4.6.2, 4.7.2, and 4.8.1 in Fusillade. Improved nullability annotations for IRequestCache and OfflineHttpMessageHandler, updated API approval files, and made minor code quality improvements. Removed unused analyzer ruleset references and updated dependencies. Bumped version to 5.0.

Improved nullability annotations for IRequestCache and OfflineHttpMessageHandler, updated API approval files, and made minor code quality improvements.
Removed unused analyzer ruleset references and updated dependencies.
Bumped version to 5.0 ready for release.
