问题：
antd的Tour组件有一个bug：scale缩放导致tour错位 #49745 ，经排查是底层依赖组件@rc-component/tour的问题。
解决思路：
body tranform:scale(0.5) 之后，tour定位的top和left也需要对应的缩小0.5倍，这样就不会错位了
