The new version 1.3.0 entry is missing a release date. For consistency with other version entries in this changelog (e.g., versions 1.2.1, 1.2.0, 1.1.0, and 1.0.0), a date line in the format > DD Month YYYY should be added after the version header (line 7) and before the change list.
