Forgot to add how to uninstall pyportify. You need to uninstall pyportify (if installed without proper permissions) then reinstall.

Was having installation issues with pip which lead to a PATH issue. The problem was fixed using the sudo -H pip command. Updated README.md with the solution for others who may have the same issue.
