Fix link to README.md

setup.py looks for README.rst, not README.md

When this is built, README.md is renamed to README.rst using pandoc. When were you getting an error -- installing from pypi, or from a checkout?

Heh, sorry I have to admit I didn't read any instructions :)

I just cloned, started a virtualenv and then did a "pip install -e ." in the directory

Yea, I guess there should be at the very least instructions of "you need to run pandoc", or even better, do it in setup.py.
