Add scripts to build Presto directly using a Slurm cluster, thus avoiding the need to build a Docker image, convert to a squash file, upload it to a registry and ultimately retrieve it to run. This significantly speeds up build time (<1 hour on an NVL4 node) and allows quick rebuilds as well, which is useful for debugging purposes.
