Update HTML title and redundant section navigation

Fixes the redundant `documentation` word added by Sphinx in the HTML title Also removes redundant link in section navigation

@ncclementi For the first change, I can't seem to capture the full tab text on a screenshot but it does change the title of the website from RAPIDS Deployment Documentation documentation to RAPIDS Deployment Documentation. You can see the original HTML title from the Google search screenshot I posted above.

Removes the redundant Custom RAPIDS Docker Guide link from the section navigation pane on the left.
