Basically, we forked logentries' docker-logentries repo, and this PR merges #51 and #56 as well as updating packages to their latest allowed versions and introduced a
package-lock.jsonfile as a result. We also updated the alpine base image to get a more recent version of Node.I tested the images in the staging environments together with https://github.com/GetJobber/terraform-jobber/pull/220
