This new build reduces the size of the docker image by ~1GB
docker image now works moved demucs to the `torch` dependancy group. Previously, torch would have been always installed since it is a dependancy of demucs. Now, both are only installed if `--group torch` is set.
Reinserted ffmpeg into docker image. +500MB, but oh well.
